Focus Study and Survey's
The major goal of the research study was to understand the user's expectations, visions and ideas prior to the design phase of our website. Our team distributed survey's, conducted interviews and invited another group of students to join our focus group to determine whether the informational website should be useful for CSULA students. We found a few important factors through our research.
