PERSONAS

Personas are fictional characters, which are created based on the market research in order to represent different user types. Creating personas helped us to understand our user's needs, experiences, behaviors and goals. Personas make the design task at hand less complex, useful in the ideation processes to achieve the goal of creating a good user experience for our target user groups.
